Service Description

BEGINNER COURSE - PATTERN MAKING & FITTING. New Workshops in PATTERNMAKING AND TECHNICAL DESIGN highlights: -Understanding sizing, fitting and patternmaking technology. -Creating bodice sloper via draping on a dress form. -Manipulating and adjusting body sloper to different styles and sizes. -Drafting patterns of male or female basic tops, skirt, pants, sleeve -Customizing patterns to desired body shape and size -Earning a DDI Issued Incentive Certificate of Completion Classes begin on January 13th 10 weeks / 40 Hours Saturday lectures 10am-2pm. Full payments are accepted on line via registration. Can be paid in 2 installments. Half of full payment is due December 29th. If it is preferred to pay in 2 installments, invoice will be sent to pay via PayPal. - Supplies purchased separately; Link will be provided. - DDI will supply free pattern paper, muslin, woven and knit fabrics for class assignments. - Basic sewing skills are necessary, since sewing assignments will be given. - The instructor is offering free 15-minute orientation over the phone before signing up for the class. - In case class is canceled for any reason, it will be rescheduled. - If student misses a class, no refund will be offered. However, we will provide partial recording of the workshop.
